Manage warehouse during production (weekends not planned, but as needed).Responsible for completion of all prefabrication orders.Support training of 5-15 workers.Track worker in and out time and submit payroll.Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards.Responsible for ensuring a level of productivity and quality work is performed within project schedule and hours.Maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external project teams.Collaborate with Prefab Team / VDC to ensure accuracy.Adhere to Power Design's standards of quality, safety, and best practices.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to our jobsites or from vendors.Assist in the QC of completed panels. here's what we're looking for...
