We are seeking an Information System Security Officer to join our proposal in support of the Army Learning Management System.
Under general supervision, performs Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or other IA/CND Compliance and Auditing processes and inspections for all enterprise systems and networks; ensures validity and accuracy review of all associated documentation.
Performs compliance reviews of computer security plans, performs risk assessments, and performs security test evaluations and audits.
Analyzes security requirements for information protection for enterprise systems and networks.
Assists in the development of security policies.
Analyzes the sensitivity of information and performs vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flow.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing system information security standards and procedures in a DoD Cyber Security Enterprise Environment.
Experience in testing, evaluating, ands preparing systems for security certification under National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) for IS guidance.
Provides Cybersecurity oversight, guidance and support to the general user in accordance with the requirements of the PdM ATIS’s Cybersecurity program.
Must hold IAT Level II or II certification
Must meet DoDD 8570.01 certification requirements for Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II
CISSP (or Associate)
Active Secret Clearance
